Is it unhealthy that I do not consume breakfast or lunch?
So I am 17 and a senior in highschool. (Technically I must be a “junior”, however I am graduating a 12 months early as a result of I will be able to’t stand it at my college!) This 12 months, my agenda is beautiful tough, so I do not in point of fact have the time to do a lot (which is okay by using me, I do not care about that). My weight loss plan is beautiful unhealthy. I believed it used to be unhealthy my freshman yr on, however it’s gotten worse this 12 months already. I do not devour breakfast, and I regularly do not consume lunch both. For dinner, I regularly can not even end 1/2 of my plate. On a regular basis within the mornings I take both an power drink/soda to high school or water (I alternate the 2 every other day and I try to only have energy drinks on test days). For lunch, I either bring a dollar for something in the vending machine (if I get hungry and want something), or I bring something like goldfish. When I get home, I usually microwave something like hot pockets. For dinner, it’s usually fish and fries, along with fruit. I usually try to eat the fruit, but that’s generally about all I like eating. I don’t like eating at the dinner table at all and my parents won’t let me eat my dinner in my room, so that’s another reason why I do not wish to consume dinner. Folks at all times nag me about my consuming habits and it will get so traumatic. I am about 5’7″ and weigh round a hundred thirty-a hundred thirty five. I am small, however I feel my abdomen has probably the most fats on it (sadly). I do not actually really feel like my abdomen will enlarge to what it was. I used to starve myself in center faculty, however I am attempting to not anymore.
