I have been running in the mornings, completing nike plus training, biking on some evenings, and eating very healthy foods in the process. Im on week 3 and I STILL weigh the same weight as I started. HELP! I am 5'5" and I gained 27 lbs this year after leaving the military (167lbs now). Im trying to get back on track, but this is very discouraging. IDK what to do...
