So I'm 5'2 and weigh 119 pounds. I'm in college and I don't eat healthy most of the time like I'm suppose to (I'm working on that).
Anyways, I'm getting into exercise to keep my weight in check ( I might want to lose 1 or 2 pounds but nothing major) and to help destress. I also want to work on flattening my abs (I have a little muffin top)
I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes on Wednesday and my hips were really sore. Today is Saturday and my hips are a little sore but not too much like they were on Thursday. Should I exercise again today or should I wait until my hips are completely sore free? Also is there any advice you guys would like to give me for someone who is a beginner?
