On Saturdays I have ballet rehearsals from morning to afternoon with an hour in between for lunch. I never eat alot but I know I should to keep my energy up. My mom makes really good dinners and I like having a lot of calories left to eat more then so I'm always scared of eating more throughout the day. We never really plan ahead for dinners and I don't know how much I'll eat then. I almost always eat most my calories at night, but I do most my exercising during the day...Is it okay to eat alot at night?
Also next week I'm going to a party and having cake and dinner there. I'm pretty sure we're eating spaghetti and stuff...I don't know how to control my intake since I'm not the one making the meal---I don't know how many calories are in the cake and pasta and stuff but I know those two foods are pretty high in calories. Should I eat less during the day to have room at night? Even though I probably need more energy during the day? I can't really turn down cake and the homemade meal... *Any ideas for healthy and filling (low calorie-ish) lunches in between rehearsals?
Thanks!!!
