I'm a 15 y/o girl, 5'6 and 115 pounds, and kind of unsure how much I should be eating, is what i had today okay, or should I have more?
Breakfast- black coffee and a string cheese
Lunch-Bowl of plain cheerios with a chopped up banana and skim milk
Dinner-Bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup, a few black grapes I played tennis with a friend for about 25 minutes, but overall I didn't do any anaerobic exercise or anything like that. Should I eat more?
