Question: Weight loss help?

What do u suggest as a diet for me?

I'm 14, 5'7 and 115 pounds and would like to be 112. An easy 3 pounds? Not really for me. I want to lose them as soon as possible. I have a bmr of 1,600. I've been consuming a lotal of

1,300 calories a day. 300 cal breakfast



300 cal lunch



200 cal snack



500 cal dinner



if one pound is 3,500 calories, and im losing 300 calories a day i can lose 1,500 (half a pound) in a week. this means id reach my goal in 6 weeks. That seams a little long for 3 small pounds. i know people who can lose 5 pounds a mounth! whats there secret? And I'm SO hungry I can't even sleep it's awful I'm never full and I get the WORST hunger pains I can't live like this for 6 weeks!!



So whats a good diet for me? How many calories should I be eating? Is there any thing I can do to make me less hungry all the time thanks
