Question: Does you body adapt to exercising and stop showing results?

I'll answer very basically.....Yes.....There is a plateau and you will need to switch regiment or do more for less results. The example being a fat person can lose weight fast where a skinny person will struggle to lose a large amount. It's the same with building where a person who doesn't work out might get great results fast but someone who is already fit will have to work twice as hard to add an equal amount.
