Extreme unexplained weight loss?

Hello, i am a 13 y/o female. Friday I weighed myself and i was the usual 114 pounds. Just now I weighed myself and was 103 pounds.Im pretty sure thats not good. Last time i remember being 105 was in April. So why am i losing so much weight in 2 days this makes no sense to me.. answers please??
