Healthy high caloric drinks to build muscle mass?

I'm a female and I have IBS and my weight is constantly going up and down. Some weeks because of my symptoms I'll barely eat and lose like 3 lbs, and then when my flare up is over I start binging and gaining (My longest flare up lasted months and I lose around 30 lbs and a ton of muscle mass, I looked flabby and sick) Right now I'm going through a flare up and only managing around 1000 calories. How can I increase this without eating a large quantity amount of food?
