I'm 17 and weigh 206 I want to get on a diet and start exercising but I don't know where to start I have I hard time just drinking water because so plain.. I eat junk every time I'm sad or board and I am not very motivated to get out and exercise. I really hate being this way because I want to make my goal of being 160 but I just but it's just so hard ... it please help :-(
