I'm 12 years old, almost 13. 5'2 and about 120 pounds. I know I am overweight. I have moobs, my stomach is 31 inches around, and my waist is 27 inches around. I'm in the top five fattest kids in my grade. I'm not looking to even gain muscle, I just want to get skinny, but I wouldn't mind to gain muscle in the process. What is a good exercise for me? P90X, Insanity, what? PLEASE HELP, BEING FAT IS MAKING ME DEPRESSED!
