I went to my doctor and he said I have to lose 2 pounds a week to be 155 pounds. I am currently 214 pounds. He said I should go up and down a step for 60 minutes straight which I could do, but I had surgery on both my knees and simply walking aches them. The first week I lost 4 pounds but gained them back. I don't know what to do.
