I'm 14, 5'5, a girl, and weigh 172 pounds. I want to lose 30 pounds (of fat of course) and get a little bit of lean muscle by July 4, 2015. Plenty of time, right? :) I'm not really going to judge by the scale, but by what I see. So what should my diet be like? At home exercises I can do? I want to exercise at least 3 days a week. I can't go outside. Its extremely cold here.
