How do i lower my body fat% without losing muscle?

i weigh 165 lbs am 5ft 10 inches and burn 4000 plus calories 5 days a week and 3500 calories the other two days. i'm about 10 to 12 % body fat but want to go down to 5 or 6 %. my problem is that I'm losing muscle weight. i try to eat 3000 plus calories put i need some body building advice on diet too. i generally lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week. i'm actively lifting at the gym as well
