I'm a 17-year-old girl who's 5'4, and 148 lbs. I've gained weight, seeing as I used to be in the 135 range. I've never been comfortable in shorts or in bikinis. I'd like that to change. I can't afford a personal trainer, so I'm basically watching exercise videos on the web. I've completely cut out any drinks except for water, and I'm not eating candy or cakes or anything I know of that is a sweetie. I was born with big thighs, big-ish hips and I have a big butt. I'm fine losing the thighs, but I really want to keep my butt and hips. I have a small chest, and I don't want to lose what little curves I have left. Any tips or recommended exercises would be awesome!
