Hello, I'm 16, I weigh about 140 pounds and I'm 5"10 Yes I'm skinny I wanna build muscle and looking for a little guidance with in building muscle. I know it will take hard work and months I wanna have abs but I wanna know any workouts that I should know I can do at home and I plan on lifting weights What would my training schedule be? And how would my diet be I know I have to stack up on protein Any tips Add anything that will help me get me to my success and I know It will take months and not weeks Thanks for your help
