See here's the thing I've always kind of been confused about. For example when you intake 1,500 calories a day do you need to burn all that off in the same day to lose weight? I'm 5'1 & 107 lbs and when I used the calorie calculator it said I should intake about 1526 calories a day in order to lose weight..
So what is right ? Burning it all off in one day and going negative calories or as
