Question: How to build a strong core?

The "core" is the supporting musculature that supports the torso. Normally, the abdominals, the obliques, the lower back, and all the related smaller muscles that contribute.

The exercises for this region are standard and well-established. Just lifting free weights involves a considerable core workout, as the body must stabilize the extra weight.

Others include the standard old situps, crunches, leg lifts, side-bends, back extensions, twists, and so forth.
