So I am a 15-year-old guy, and I want to get bigger. I weigh 170lbs, and I am 5 feet 9 inches tall. I ultimately want to become a fitness trainer. So any tips, stuff I need to know, or anything else will help. I recently lost 70 lbs, and I have gotten skinny, now it is time to build muscle. Please help! P.s. I can't afford the gym, but I do have dumbles ( up to forty pounds), I have a barbell that is interchangeable ( not sure how much), and I have a pull up bar.
