Question: If I eat once and very little will i lose weight?? help!?

Changing sleeping habits will change your life.

I'm currently a freshman college student. I am running NCAA Cross Country and I am an Honor's student.

I used to stay up all night doing homework late, eating late, and watching YouTube videos all night; and then I would sleep all day between classes and after Cross Country workouts.

As a freshman college runner and student, my performances have been very average; not great. I didn't have a lot of friends. I couldn't pay attention in classes because I was tired and din't give a f. But this past week, I made it my goal to stop eating after 7pm and go to bed at 9pm every night (getting 9-11 hours of sleep each night for a week). And I would wake up early, like 7am or 8am to go eat a big breakfast of eggs, biscuits, and gravy - and Starbucks.

And my life, after this past week, has changed.

My body feels better when I get out of bed; my face is clearing up. My hair looks shinier. My attitude towards life has changed, I'm starting to act different around people. I smile more, I'm more outgoing. I don't cry myself to sleep thinking about the negative things in my life anymore.

I pay attention in class now hahahaha! It's so amazing!

I'm getting my work done. My clothes are starting to fit better. I'm losing weight.

And most importantly, my cross country performances are outstanding now!

This past week I placed high for our team this week at a very important college meet; and now we have a better chance of winning conference because I'm stronger now.

CHANGE YOUR SLEEPING HABITS!

And go run everyday for like 5 minutes :)

(I run 10-12 miles a day)
