Question: NOTHING has worked :(?

The problem: eating nothing, shakes, duromine. The positive: Eating healthy and exercising but not overdoing it.



Go back to the doctor. Have them check your thyroid and for any deficiencies.



Then see a nutritionist. They can help you eat properly and find out what your body needs.



You also have to realize that muscle weighs more than fat. You have likely gained a lot of muscle.
