You will need to eat more than 1100 calories if you are running that much, more like 1500, at least, if not closer to 2000. They will teach you about eating habits on your team! Please stay healthy-not eating properly while exercising intensely can actually hurt your bone structure and you will definitely not be able to run, and will have long term consequences.
As for the weight loss, you'll notice a change by the end of November if you start now, and should be at your target weight by the end of December.
When you are running, try to increase the distance by .1 or .2 miles every time you run. This will really help your endurance!
