Question: Is my breakfast healthy? also, is it enough?

Note; I'm not trying to "lose weight", actually I'm rather underweight, but trying to get lean , so basically I'm aiming to gain weight but in the form of muscle mass. One cup non-fat yogurt

1 small apple chopped

A spoonful of chia seeds



Grilled cheese sandwich made with 2 slices of whole-wheat bread and part-skim cheese



I eat all of that for breakfast daily, is it okay?
