Question: Shaun T. Rockin body DVD question?

I've been reading reviews and would like to eventually purchase it. But I was just wondering what kind of music tracks are playing in the background while you're doing the dancing. Certain music always makes me dance so I need to know what type of music he has on there and make a decision based on that to see if I can really dance to it. Is the music current, is it pop, is it hip-hop, is it old-school, is it just musical beats without any words. Thanks for the advice
