Update : Okay, so i want to get a flat stomach preferably by the end of the month or maybe next month. I have a little bit of a tummy and i want to have a nice flat stomach. What workouts should I do daily? I want to do something simple. I can do sit ups and crunches but i need to know how many i should do everyday? and i also cant do planks but im ok with everything else.
