I usually eat about 500-800 calories a day in 2 relatively small meals each with roughly 5 bites taken out of them. Recently I've been eating more and I fear I'm going to gain a lot of weight. Currently weigh 145 lbs but I have a goal weight of 120 is there a way I can stop eating just because it tastes good. And go back to what I was doing. I am thinking about doing the Ana's Boot Camp challenge thing do you have any tips for that also. Thank you I am. 5'6
