Are V lines something that you can get rid of?

I am a 15 year old female artistic gymnast and I do a lot of about work. I have a V line and I passionately hate it, it looks so weird. I haven't done gymnastics in a year because of an injury but I still try and workout occasionally. I have not worked out as much so I have the weirdest layer of fat over my abs. It still looks like I have a fat stomach but it kinda rounds and stops at my v line. So it's like a muffin top on a skinny person. Imagine an hour glass with two thumbs at the side then everything going back in. I can't lose the fat that's there so matter how much about workout I do my absolute get stronger but table fat is still there. Ugh
