Question: Too many calories after a week dieting?

just get back on your diet. reducing your intake further just makes your body more likely to go into starvation mode and lose weight more slowly. People always assume that they're failed, or if they've blown one meal, that they have blown their diet, and blown the whole day. If you screw up a meal, just get back on your plan. You screwed up, yes, but don't take a course of action (i.e. trying to reduce what already sounds like a ridiculously low calorie count) that all but guarantees you won't follow it. Even in a crash-course weight loss program, you should never be below 50% of your resting metabolic rate (RMR). Otherwise you're just slowing yourself down.
