Weight lifting question for you people who lift.?

Im weight training for football.. but im scared ill get slower since im not sprinting and speed training anymore.. and if i weight train and speed train im afraid i will lose my gains. how do i get big and not lose my speed and stamina ? IN OTHER WORDS ... How can i get bigger and faster at the same time?
