What Should I Do About My Weight?

I know this may sound weird because most places want to loose weight, but in my case I would like to put on weight, but I have no idea how. I am 19 and my weight varies between 115 and 118. I eat a lot, but I have a fast metabolism so I don't gain much weight. I've also been on deposit for a year without any weight gain. I have this idea figure that I want to achieve, but just don't know how. I was thinking about a personal trainner, but it's not in my budget so I figure if I can educate myself on fitness I can reach my goal without someone else. I wear a size 3, my but is very d's mall and looks flat in pants and I hate it. I love that I have a flat stomach. I would like to get bigger in the lower extremities. How can I achieve this? Where do I start? What do I research (when I did research every site said something different and I'm confused). Can someone please help me out. Thanks
