Question: Why do i feel sick when working out? and i get tired to fast?

why do i feel sick when working out? and i get tired to fast?

maybe im too overweight? im 11 pounds 5'2 and i gained alot alot alott of weight this summer.. like literally 10 pounds. and i told my self to go run on the treadmill or runningmachine thing for 30 mintues! and i felt soo sick after running on it for 2 minutes! and even walking after.. i couldnt even do it for 20 minutes.. i drink alot of water during it.. and i tried doing some workout vids on youtube but that made me lightheaded and i wanted to throw up.. and i cant do sit ups bc that also makes me sick.. and its stopping me from being healthy.. i tried riding my bike with my dad everyweek but i would go sooooooooo slowww and its so tiring and i would get tired pretty quick.. and my legs would start to burnnn! what wrong with me? do i have healthy issues? im 15. and i eat normally.
