So I've really gotten into strength training to tone and make my body more lean, less flabby, and basically more thin I guess. So basically I have certain days like (leg day, arm day, etc) and I walk for about an hour 3-4x a week and I ride my bike for 30 mins to an hour 2-3x a week as well as yoga on most days. I hardly eat fruit but I do eat quest bars which have stevia in it so I was wondering if I should cut that out if I'm trying to really lose these last extra pounds?
