Bench Press

seventy two.5kg x four (modern overload)

4×4 = sixteen reps. sixteen-four = 12 reps left.

seventy two.5kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 (leisure pause set)


Chinup

BW+22.5kg x 6 (innovative overload)

6×4 = 24 reps. 24-6 = 18 reps left

BW+22.5kg x three, three, three, 2, 2, 2, three (leisure pause set)


Overhead Press

55kg x 6 (revolutionary overload)

6×4 = 24 reps. 24-6 = 18 reps left

55kg x three, 2, 2 (relaxation pause set)

50kg x three, three, three, 2 (leisure pause set)


Rows (cannot use leisure-pause set for rows. Have palm callus ache, so have to make use of conventional set)

Shut-grip bench press
