Question: Fastest way to lose belly fat.?

A little background info: I'm 18 6'5" and 240 pounds. I do 45 minutes of cardio about 5 days a week (depending on when I'm working and when I have school). I'm also going on my ketosis diet again after being on it for a month or two. Question: I'm looking to lose about 25-30 pounds as fast as possible. All my fat is literally belly fat. No fat on my neck, arms, legs or cheeks just stomach which is kind of weird but what ever :P. I would love to be able to see some sort of abs by next spring, but well see how far I get, I don't want to promise myself stuff lol. Basically, whats the fastest way to lose belly fat in addition to cardio? I heared crunches do it, but also heared that crunches do nothing for you. How should I approach this?
