The point of exercise is to compensate for the fact that you're sitting on your *** the rest of the day. You are playing around with your health in dangerous ways. Does your therapist know everything you've written here? If not, you may need another therapist, because you really need to come to terms with both your diabetes and your weight. It's common for diabetic teenagers to be depressed and to do stupid things as far as their health is concerned. It's also fairly common for some of them to skip insulin in an effort to lose weight. What you need is the kind of therapy that will help you get on an even keel as far as your state of mind is concerned. Only then will you really be able to think about whether and how it will be feasible to lose weight.
