Weight loss tips for Teenagers?

Okay so, I'm about 5'3 to 5'4. I weigh 145 pounds, and I am so sick of it. I have stopped drinking soda, and eating sugary foods, but I need more. I would like people who are the same who have lost weight before, to tell me what they did and how they stayed motivated. I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin.. Thanks(:
