Question: Homemade weight gain protein shake, is it healthy?

Dude you need to up your carbs too bulk up ...... I've just started my bulking up cycle for winter now,

My diet has changed from 4000 calories a day too 6500 calories ( its very hard work to do this daily but it isn't impossible )



So I break this diet down as follows



325 grams of protein a day

325 grams of carbs a day

52 grams of fat a day



I do this over 6 - 7 meals a day and will gain about 15- 20 pounds in 2 months



Your recipe looks interesting, but its high in the wrong kinds of fat buddy, drop the whipping use flax seed oil instead.
