In couple of days university will start (I am a full-time business student), as well as I have a full time job. I have done this for couple of months before, and pretty much it turns out as 19-20h long days, 6 days a week.
My problem was that last spring, by having this schedule, I lost about 20lbs in little bit over than a month without following any kind of diet (I am 5ft6 and 140lbs), and I would not want to repeat that.
So pretty much, my question is - how many calories should I be consuming in a day with this kind of regime?
