Question: How was this breakfast?

1 slice of bread (55 calories)

2 organic brown eggs (140 calories)

3 turkey sausages (110 calories)

Handful of blueberries There's no veggies because I never eat veggies with breakfast and no dairy because I'm lactose intolerant



I'm 19 5'2" 116 lbs. I want to build muscle, tone up, and shed some fat
