Its not advisable to lose that much weight. A lot of the weight you'll lose first is water weight. However, if you watch your calories (make sure they're good calories too) and exercise you should lose some weight. The best exercising to lose weight is HIIT, which can be done by walking/running in spurts. Like 2 minutes walking/30 sec. running. If you don't work out a lot or are new to it, don't just work your hardest from the start. A good start and more flexible workout plan is doing about 3 minutes of a cardio, like jumping jacks, randomly during the day.
