Your results are about what they should be. 7 pounds in 3 months is a reasonable rate of weight loss, you're not going to go much faster than that. What you've suggested can harm your health, you need a complete, balanced diet - all of the time, not every once in a while. What you are describing won't be that different to the body than starvation.
