I have much weight to lose and have been working at it for a a while, steadily chipping away at it. So I decided I would do low carb while my husband is gone (which could be up to two months) and then when he is home for four days I will eat however he does. That part is all well and good and kinda up for debate because some believe you need to "reset" your body on low carb and some don't.
What is problematic is my ..attitude right now. Right now I want to do anything but what I set out to do! I really want to go in and make a salami and cheese sandwich...with bread! Worst part is I know from experience how well this works!
