Hello everyone! I might need to start a low carb diet soon, I do this mostly for health reasons, but I'm not looking to lose weight with it. I'm actually thinking of keeping a diet like this for life, again, not because I want to, but because I HAVE TO!
Please, reply ONLY if you know what I'm talking about, this question is as serious as it gets. I'm doing this in hopes this diet will help me manage a really serious health issue that requires me to eat less carbs in order for me to start seeing changes in my health.
So please, if you have any tips for someone who just wants to get started, I beg you to share them with me! I'd love to hear from people who have been on that diet before, please share your experiences :)
