What's your favorite day of the week?

What's your favorite workout day of the week? Meaning, what body part(s) do you like working the most?



For me, it's a toss up between back and leg day. I'm prone to shedding fat easily on my upper body, so it's nice to really see my work peeking through on my back. BUT...I also LOVE leg day. I love the power I feel when I squat heavy, deadlift, and rock those walking lunges like a boss! ;)
