Alarm clock is not healthy

I have read once that alarm clock is not good for our health. I was intrigued by this and so I did some further readings about it.



I found out that scientists have been proven this already. While most of us probably think that alarm clock wakes us up, factually it literally does not. What the alarm clock does is to only startle us which cause panic and force us to wake up.



“Sudden force to be awake is clearly not good to for our hearts”, according to some experts, thus can cause actually cause nervous breakdown or heart attack.
