I'm sure some of you have started out with different levels of tone/size/strength in each side of a muscle set. The dominant arm having larger/stronger biceps/triceps for example.
Do you often find training just one side difficult. I always feel as if I am wasting time when I could be training both, but know I should be trying to get them even for aesthetic reasons.
