We all know that breakfast is the most important meal we should not take for granted. However, I have one question regarding it.
How much we should eat for breakfast?
I heard from some people that we should actually take like a full meal to have good and right breakfast, but I read somewhere that taking a full meal is actually not good. So which one is really true? :confused::confused::confused:
