Eating breakfast encourages weight loss?

For quite awhile after having my daughter, I was just not able to lose weight. No matter what I ate, no matter what I did, my weigh wouldn't budge. For some reason, I realized that many mornings I was so busy that I didn't eat. So I decided to eat just one piece of toast in the morning. That really was the biggest change I made.



I literally lost 40 pounds. I don't know if it's because it started my metabolism, or it helped my blood sugar, but it made a huge impact. I'm currently on a plateau right now, so I'll have to try other things, but the fact that I lost so much weight from just eating a morning meal was amazing.



Does everyone in here eat breakfast? Has anyone had this happen to them as well?
