Hey guys, I've been having a bit of a problem regarding traps because when I squat and I rest the bar on my traps I find very little to rest it on. I feel that my traps lag behind the rest of my back, specifically my lats. I deadlift 135kg for 2 at 70kg and have noticed some growth in them and will continue to up the weight as much as possible but what other exercises shall I hit (and how often) to really blow them up in thickness?
