I used to take 4 slices of bread every morning and 2 in the evening with tea. My tummy size was increasing regardless of the minimum exercise I was doing. So I decided to check my diet and come up with a solution. True to the word, after reducing my bread in take to 2 slices in the morning and none in the evening, my tummy is going away.
